Orders placed on monday to saturday before 10pm will be dispatched within 1 - 3 days. You will receive a track & trace code in your e-mail so you can easily follow the status of your order.

You can check the status of your order at any time on our ‘TRACK MY ORDER’ page. All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail or 4PX.

Not satisfied? No problem! At Harvey Carter, you can easily return your products within 14 days. We will process the return upon receipt at our warehouse. The refund usually takes no longer than 7 days after the product arrives at our warehouse.
