No! At Harvey Carter, we want to give you the ultimate shopping experience. All products are therefore shipped by us for free to the UK.
After you have ordered, you will receive an e-mail from us containing a track & trace code. This makes it easy to track your package. With this trackingnumber, you can monitor your order through our tracking portal. If you need help, dont hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with an reply within 24 hours!
Orders placed on monday to saturday before 10pm will be dispatched within 1 - 3 days. You will receive a track & trace code in your e-mail so you can easily follow the status of your order.
Return & Refund
Of course, it can happen that something is not quite to your liking. Don't worry, returns are very easy! Report your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing our customer service team at support@harvey-carter.co.uk We will then ensure that the return process is set in motion.
We refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return at our warehouse.
This is, of course, not what we intended. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know right away. Send us an e-mail or message with your order number and a photo, and we'll fix it for you as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience, we want you to be happy with your purchase!
